NetTime is a time synchronization client for Win32, providing a server and client for RFC868 and SNTP. Its main claim to fame is that it is small, simple, and unobtrusive.

This is keeps a list of servers with which NetTime will synchronize. Synchronization contacts all the specified servers, so adding servers to the list increases network traffic. Once all servers have been contacted, some numbers of time values are available.
